Nurse Staffing Information
In accordance with the Hospital Report Card Act, nurse staffing information is available to the public by submitting a written request to the Administration office Attn: Vice President Patient Services. Request forms are available in the Administration office. All requests will be processed within ten (10) business days from the receipt of the request.
