Patient Registration

Patient Registration is located on the ground floor near the Lobby. They are
open from 5:30am - 8:00pm Monday through Friday, 7:00am - 3:00pm on Saturday,
and 7:00am - 1:00pm on Sunday. Routine outpatient laboratory and imaging services are available during Patient Registration's open hours as listed above. All patients who receive hospital services must
go through the Patient Registration area.
Patient Registration is closed on Holidays and/or Observed Holidays.
Graham Health System recognizes the following as official Holidays:
- Easter
- Memorial Day
- Independence Day
- Labor Day
- Thanksgiving
- Christmas
- New Years Day
To register for hospital services at times other than those listed above or on Holidays,
please go to the hospital Information Desk located in the main lobby.
