Nutrition Services

We have Registered and Licensed Dietitians on staff to provide you with individualized nutritional counseling. We can assist you in planning meals for managing weight control, diabetes, or other diet related health issues.

We also provide group education for our Diabetes Program and our Cardiac Rehab Program. Community Education for local groups is available by calling 309-647-5240, ext. 2372.

Cafeteria

The Cornerstone Café is open on weekdays from 6:30a.m. to 7:00p.m., and on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays from 6:30a.m. to 3:00p.m. There is vending service available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, in our lower level Atrium area.

The Senior Sunday special is offered on the first Sunday of every month in the Cornerstone Café. The cost for a full meal and beverage is $6.75 for all seniors.

Our Bakery can provide you with homemade baked goods upon request. Our experienced Bakers can assist you with decorated cakes for any occasion. Bakery items should be ordered at least one week in advance. For bakery orders, please call 309-647-5240, ext. 2696.
